EQUIPMENT RENTALS

Yes, we offer a wide range of ski and snowboard rentals for all ages and skill levels. You can rent equipment in-store or reserve it online.

Absolutely! We encourage customers to reserve their equipment online to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.

Our rental packages include skis/snowboards, boots, and poles. Helmets and other accessories can be rented separately.

Rental equipment can be returned to the store during business hours. If you need to return equipment outside of business hours, please contact us to make arrangements.

Equipment Sales

We carry top brands including Atomic, Salomon, Rossignol, Burton, K2, and more. Check our website for a full list of brands.

Yes, we offer custom boot fitting to ensure maximum comfort and performance on the slopes. Visit our store for a personalized fitting session.

Services

Yes, we provide a full range of tuning and repair services including waxing, edge sharpening, base repairs, and more. Drop off your equipment at our service desk.

Turnaround time for tuning and repairs depends on the service required and the current workload. Typically, services take 1-3 days. We offer overnight service for an additional fee.

We also offer boot fitting, custom insoles, and rental equipment adjustments.

Policies

We accept returns on unused equipment and apparel within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Customized or used items are non-returnable.

When booking with The Ski Barn, you pay 100% of the cost of reservation at that time. All cancellations are required to be requested 7 days in advance of the scheduled pickup date, and the customer will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. If the reservation is not cancelled on time, you will be charged the full cost of the reservation. Please note: Early gear returns are not eligible for refunds.

Snow conditions are unpredictable and outside of our control, we don't offer refunds based on snow quality.

Yes, we offer price matching on identical items from local competitors. Please provide proof of the lower price at the time of purchase.
